How are the earrings made?

All the earrings you find in my shop are handmade by me in my studio.

Apart from beads, I craft all elements of my earrings from wire and brass sheets. This means I don't use ready-made shapes; instead, I cut, hammer, saw, file, and polish all parts by hand.

This also means that each shape will have slight differences, and each texture will turn out a little differently.
You will receive a product that you won't find anywhere else.
What is brass and how compatible is it as a jewelry material?

Brass is an alloy of zinc and copper, making it a very well-tolerated jewelry material for most people. Returns due to this issue are very rare.

However, since intolerances can never be completely ruled out, you can easily return your jewelry within 28 days of receiving the goods.

I would also be happy to advise you on alternative ear hooks, such as those made of sterling silver or gold filled. Simply send me a message via the contact form, provided the option is not already available for the product.
I want to give hoop earrings as a gift - how should I choose?

If you want to give jewelry as a gift, it's not always an easy task. It's best to first ask yourself whether the recipient prefers a striking style, or perhaps likes things more minimalist, and choose a larger or smaller model accordingly.

Does the person prefer a classic style? Then you're on the safe side with, for example, the freshwater pearl hoop earrings.

Do you associate a certain color with the person? Then the single-colored cube hoop earrings are definitely a good idea.

And if something isn't well received after all, you can easily exchange your order within 28 days.
How heavy are the earrings?

How long does brass jewelry last?

Brass jewelry is made of raw brass—it has not been coated with other metals (e.g., gold or silver), nor is it a coating or plating that can wear off. If you do not have a base metal sensitivity, brass jewelry is a great option that will last just as long as precious metals without breaking the bank.

Generally, moisture and/or oxygen are the culprits of metal tarnishing. Therefore, I recommend not storing jewelry in the bathroom, and removing it before strenuous athletic activities, showering, applying lotion/hair spray, etc.
