How are the pieces of jewelry made?
All the jewelry you find in my shop is handmade by me in my studio.
Apart from beads and clasps, I make all the elements of my earrings from wire and sheet metal. This means I don't use ready-made molds, but cut, hammer, saw, file, and polish all parts by hand.
This also means that each shape has slight differences and each texture turns out a little differently.
You will receive a product that you won't find anywhere else.
Whenever possible, I also like to use repurposed beads from flea market and junk shop finds to give old jewelry a new life. You will find corresponding notes in the product details.
Can I also get a custom order?
I am always happy to offer small modifications to my designs.
If it's a completely new design, it depends on whether it fits my manufacturing process and design language. I always decide this on a case-by-case basis. Feel free to send me your ideas via the contact form, and I'll take a look at it.
Is it possible to get a product in a different length/size?
Yes, that is possible. For bracelets, I always offer custom length as an option.
For necklaces and earrings, please send me a message beforehand with your ideas, so we can discuss exactly what is feasible.
How long does brass jewelry last?
Brass jewelry is made from raw brass – it has not been coated with other metals (such as gold or silver), nor is it a coating or plating that can wear off. If you do not have a sensitivity to base metals, brass jewelry is a great option that will last just as long as precious metals without breaking the bank.
In general, moisture and/or oxygen cause metal to tarnish. Therefore, I recommend not storing jewelry in the bathroom and removing it before strenuous athletic activities, showering, applying moisturizer/hairspray, etc.

How hypoallergenic is the jewelry?
Brass is an alloy of zinc and copper, making it a very tolerable jewelry material for most people. Returns due to this issue are very rare.
However, since intolerances can never be completely ruled out, you can return your jewelry within 28 days of receiving the goods without any problems.
I would also be happy to advise you on alternative ear hooks, such as those made of sterling silver or gold-filled. Simply send me a message via the contact form, provided the option is not already available in the product.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Brass and silver naturally develop a typical patina over time, which is normal and can be enhanced by contact with perfume, cream, and sweat.
You can always make your jewelry shine again. Your piece of jewelry does not have a thin applied gold or silver layer, but is made entirely of brass or sterling silver, so you don't have to worry about rubbing anything off.
I like to use a simple metal polish if you want them to shine like new again.
However, to refresh it, it is enough to bathe your jewelry in lemon juice or vinegar for half a minute. Afterwards, wash everything thoroughly with clear water and dish soap and dry it thoroughly. This way, you will enjoy your jewelry for a very long time.

Can I track my order?
I will ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with more information. You can also track the shipment at any time with your order number via the tracking page.
How fast will I receive my order?
Except for individual pieces, I handcraft all jewelry to order. Please allow 1 to 3 days for this. This time is in addition to the shipping time.

What happens if I need my order particularly quickly?
I make all products to order and usually need about 1 to 3 days for this. If you need something faster or by a specific date, please let me know when you place your order; you can use the notes box in the shopping cart for this.
I will get back to you promptly and can usually prioritize your order.
Which countries do you deliver to?
Currently, I deliver to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
What are the shipping costs?
Germany: 3.90 Euro
Austria: 4.90 Euro
Switzerland: 5.90 Euro
I offer free shipping on orders over 50 Euro.
What does "production time 1-3 days" mean?
I make all products to order, with the exception of unique items that are already finished.
Please allow me 1 to 3 days for this; this time will be added to the delivery time.
If you need a product as quickly as possible, e.g. as a gift, please write to me and I will try to make it happen.
How is the jewelry packaged?
I pack your jewelry in tissue paper and a beautiful cardboard envelope - ready for gifting or treating yourself.
For larger orders, I pack the jewelry pieces together in the cardboard envelope to conserve resources. If you need multiple gifts wrapped individually, please leave me a message with your order and the corresponding notes.
You are welcome to leave a gift message. Please use the notes box in the shopping cart for this.
For earrings, I include small silicone stoppers so you don't lose them.
The remaining outer packaging is plastic-free and space-saving and also fits through a standard letter slot.
How can I return an order?
If you don't like something or want to return it for other reasons, you have a 28-day return policy. Please feel free to use the withdrawal form for this purpose.
